The mission of the Hobart
Police Department is to create an atmosphere of partnership between the
community we serve and those appointed to protect the community;
partnerships that include private citizens, public and private schools,
civic organizations, elected officials, merchants, industry and
faith-based organizations. Such an approach towards public safety
places responsibility and ownership with all involved. A
partnership approach allows for input and feedback from all facets of
the community which will reflect in this department’s approach to crime
fighting and public service. |
